175 LEX - Loft in Downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena

Not a hotel - an apt. The couch was hard, the bed was like straw. It was not what we expected and wanted for a nice 2 Positive: It was not what i thought i was reserving from booking (the property). It is an extended time stay. Negative: Same

Positive: Close to rupp and eating Negative: Tv in bedroom wouldn't hook to internet

Negative: The parking was a nightmare

Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: That we was not able to stay overnight has to head home right after game

Not clean, not worth my stay. Will not stay again. Positive: Self check in. Negative: Room had splatters of different fluids on bedroom, bathroom and hallway and door. Toilet seat was dangerously loose and had to fix myself. Toilet seat loose, bed room remote was under bed, no fan control in living room. so it was only on high, fridge had dust caked on top. Cabinet doors were loose. Talked to someone and after arguing why was i looking on top of fridge and i told them i didnt want them thinking jt was me, offered to send someone during my stay to clean. And also the “housekeeping” vaccuumed at 9:30 at night in the hallway. Leftover food in the cabinets. It was rumbling noise coming from 6th floor close to midnight and had to call after hours phone to get someone to get them to stop after threatening to call 911
